Mix it up, trick your body & find the results you’ve been waiting! We’re taking Battling Ropes® & Kettlebells outside to push our bodies to the limit with these short 45 minute workouts. Guaranteed to HIIT you like a ton of bricks, these sessions are open to all fitness levels. Anything can be modified, but best believe you’ll build power, strength & endurance leaving you in beach body shape!
