It's possible with Your Body in the Worx. Here's how it goes, session by session:

Session #1:

  Fitness Assessment: Flexibility, Core Strength, Upper Body Strength, Body Composition and Blood Pressure
  Evaluation of Your Personal Goals
  Development of Cardio Program Tailored to Your Personal Goals
  Core Strengthening and Flexibility Training

Session #2:

Your Personal Game Plan: CREATED! During this hour you’ll be shown key exercises that will help you target in on your personal goals
Your Personal Trainer will review and answer any questions you have regarding the program and will schedule a 6 week follow up.
We’ll continually evaluate your progress and help keep you on track to meeting and exceeding your goals!
