Personal Workout Plan: The key to my workouts is variety! I mix up my cardio and weight training techniques constantly. Watching my portions and diet is important and I am sure to always listen to my body!
Hobbies: Outside of being a fitness geek I am a professional singer. I teach voice, piano, acting, and stage movement in my private studio. I also love spending time with my amazing husband Brett and my animals – dogs, cats, reptiles and fish.
Additional Information: From childhood into adulthood I have always been an extremely active person. I played soccer from pee wee level up through high school and also rode horses. I danced my whole life and continued dancing through college. I have been a personal trainer for over 8 years and absolutely love it! I feel blessed every day to help change people’s lives and be a positive influence on keeping them healthy now and in the future.
