Julie Hill, Personal Trainer

For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed being active, either playing sports, running, biking, or hiking outdoors with my family. Over the years I have completed in several 5Ks, a half marathon,and various sprint triathlons. I have found mental and physical balance and personal strength through exercise. I wanted to become a personal trainer to motivate and educate others about the benefits of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. Health and fitness is more than just your physical appearance, exercise makes us feel better and can contribute to a healthier life. I have discovered through coaching young girls with Girls on the Run to teaching water aerobics at a senior living facility, that I enjoy working with individuals and groups of all ages. I strive to create a personal relationship with my clients and hope to make the gym feel like a welcoming place. Believe in yourself, many people tend to create their own obstacles. You can go as far as your mind lets you. Remember, what you believe, you can achieve.

Certifications: United States Water Fitness Association (USWFA) Water Fitness Instructor, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer, Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA) Indoor Biking Instructor

Hobbies: Outside of the gym I enjoy reading, sewing, gardening, camping, and most importantly hanging out with my husband and four children.
