For as long as I can remember I have enjoyed being active, either playing sports, running, biking, or hiking outdoors with my family. Over the years I have completed in several 5Ks, a half marathon, and various sprint triathlons. I have found mental and physical balance and personal strength through exercise. I wanted to become a personal trainer to motivate and educate others about the benefits of exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. Health and fitness is more than just your physical appearance, exercise makes us feel better and can contribute to a healthier life. I have discovered through coaching young girls with Girls on the Run to teaching water aerobics at a senior living facility, that I enjoy working with individuals and groups of all ages. I strive to create a personal relationship with my clients and hope to make the gym feel like a welcoming place. Believe in yourself, many people tend to create their own obstacles. You can go as far as your mind lets you. Remember, what you believe, you can achieve.
