Personal Workout Plan: Strength Training 3-4 days a week, cardio/running 5-6 times a week, and yoga and/or Pilates 2 days per week.
Training Philosophy: My training philosophy is to “Keep it Simple”. There is a lot of confusing information out there on fitness and nutrition. Let me design a simple and effective workout program for you that works with your schedule and will help you achieve your goals.
Personal Notes / History: I have been active all of my life, beginning with classical ballet, then competitive gymnastics and high school level cheerleading. As an adult, I have competed in several 5k races, sprint-triathlons and a half-marathon. I am married to my college sweetheart, Todd, and together, we have two sons, Aidan (10) and Colin (7).
Interests: Running, weight training, yoga and Pilates. Spending time with my family in the great outdoors!
