I am a certified Health Coach and have been a personal trainer at ClubWorx since 2013. 

My passion for fitness started when I was a child growing up without a TV., I was always outside playing games, swimming, biking, hiking, ice-skating, cross-country as well as downhill skiing in the winter. My favorite physical accomplishment to date is not the races or triathlons I  have completed, it was bicycling across North Carolina in a Mountains-to-Coast ride.

My idea of fitness is being able to do the things you enjoy, whether it’s moving in everyday life with ease or backpacking on the Appalachian Trail. Success is being able to live your life to the fullest. My ideal client is anyone with a goal and a willingness to work towards it! What goals could I help you to achieve?
