We’re excited to share that lobby renovations are expected to begin soon, most likely sometime next week. We do not have an exact start date from our General Contractor just yet, but we wanted to give you a friendly heads up so you know what to expect.

Our goal is to improve the member experience while keeping the club open and running as smoothly as possible during the renovation process. Because the lobby will be temporarily closed, check-in and entry into the club will look a little different for a short time.

Here’s what you can expect:

When you arrive through the front doors, there will be a temporary wall closing off the lobby area. Please follow the directional signs posted when you enter.

From there:

• If you are visiting Back In Action, you will turn right.
• If you are entering ClubWorx, you will turn left through the Children’s Center doors.

Member check-in will temporarily take place in the Tween Center at the first desk.

If you are bringing children to the Children’s Center, you will enter through the infant room. A temporary wall will also be in place to help keep the children’s area separate from general club traffic.

After checking in, members will continue through the back of the Tween Center near the basketball court. Everyone will enter the main club area behind the stairs, then access the locker rooms through the office hallway.

Because of this temporary setup, we encourage you to give yourself a few extra minutes when arriving for classes, appointments, or workouts. We know this is a change to your usual routine, and we truly appreciate your patience and flexibility while we make these updates.

The good news is that these renovations are happening so we can continue improving the ClubWorx experience without having to close the club. We are excited about what is ahead and grateful for your support as we work to create an even better space for our members.
