When logged in you can:

  • View & print usage history
  • View & print your payment history
  • Change your address
  • Make on account payments
  • Change your billing***

When you submit a change in billing information through this portal the change is NOT IMMEDIATE.  Your information gets sent to ClubWorx for review and needs to be accepted and posted to your account.
ClubWorx bills membership dues on the 5th of every month through the billing Company Twin Oaks.  Because dues are processed by a third party it is necessary to send them the billing file in advance.  This means that there are restrictions on when billing changes would be able to be accepted for a particular monthly dues.  Similarly, those accounts that do not settle successfully on the 5th will be resubmitted roughly one week later for a second attempt.  During this period there will be a few days in which to change billing for the second submission.  
In order to avoid the $20 fee you must make changes to your billing by the following dates:

1st Submission - Aug. 1st
2nd Submission - Aug. 10th

1st Submission - Aug. 30th
2nd Submission - Sept. 10th

1st Submission - Oct. 1st
2nd Submission - Oct. 10th
