Metabolic Conditioning

These are more challenging workouts that will test your stamina as well as get that metabolism working!  Workouts may involve any of the following: box jumps, assault bike, slam balls, wall balls, burpees, jump rope, rowing, kettlebell swings, land mines, pull ups, chin ups, push ups, hand stand holds, hand stand push ups, wall walks, running, goblet squats, and more.  It’s a game changer!
