If you are ready to make, lasting, sustainable changes to your diet, this is the package for you! At the first session, we will take big picture look at all the factors that impact your food intake as well as your nutrition goals and create a game plan for making changes. Follow-up appointments are to check in and adjust or add goals as needed. Weekly meetings are intended to keep you focused and on track to sustainable change!

• 4 weekly appointments
• 1, 1-hour appointment and 3, 30-minute follow ups
• Access to our dietitian via the messaging app on the patient portal. Check in for questions, tips and motivation between appointments.

Do you need motivation and accountability to stay on track as you work towards your goals? Then this package is for you! Life can be busy and challenging. Let our dietitian help guide you through life’s ups and downs and find ways to keep your nutrition on track.

• 2 bi-weekly, 30-minute appointments. Can be done a recurring basis as needed.

One Time Appointments

Hi ClubWorx members! My name is Mel and I will be your new Registered Dietitian. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania with my Master’s in nutrition science, became a board-certified RD, and got my licensure in the state of North Carolina. At the club I will be hosting nutrition focused events and workshops, working with you one-on-one, and answering any questions you might have. My favorite workout class I have taken so far is N10C, and I enjoy lifting, hiking, and playing tennis. Aside from fitness and nutrition, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and baking. My favorite snack is toast with peanut butter and chia seeds, I seriously eat it every day. I love what I do because proper nutrition, along with other self-care habits, has the power to transform your life and make you feel better than you ever have before. I cannot wait to share my abundance of nutrition knowledge and expertise with you all!
