Quarter 2 – Setting and achieving nutrition goals
Quarter two classes are all about empowering participants to make achievable nutrition goals and learn how to get real results. Classes will focus on goal setting, meal planning and prepping and understanding nutrition labels and claims. All classes will be interactive, include clear steps and guidelines for action, and will include handouts, recipes, and meal ideas. In addition, presentation materials and resources will be emailed to participants afterwards.
Log into the registration portal and follow the prompts. Click on SHOP and search “Nutrition.” Purchase one, two or three workshops and Lisa will be in touch to schedule your date & time via email.
How to achieve your nutrition goals
Do you have a nutrition related goal? Then this class is for you! Learn about the process of behavior change and how you can use that knowledge to create nutrition goals that you can stick with. Learn the common goal setting mistakes and how to avoid them so you can stick with your goals long term. Learn all the techniques and tricks I use with my clients to help them work thorough their roadblocks and achieve success.

All about meal planning and meal prepping
Do you struggle with knowing what to eat for dinner or having food in the house to make yourself lunch? Wish you could be prepared and have a plan for shopping and what to eat each week? This workshop will focus on how to make meal planning and meal prep work for you and/or your family. Learn how to plan out your food for the week so you can feel confident that everyone you are cooking for will be eating healthy, nutritious meals.

Decoding nutrition labels and food claims
When you go through the grocery store you are faced with making the decision of what food to put in your cart to take home. Do you know if the food you pick is healthy? How can you tell? Learn how to decode nutrition and package label information to figure out if something is a healthy choice. Then next time you go to the store, you can feel good about the food that goes home with you!

Lisa Robinson-Mihiar
Lisa Robinson-Mihiar is a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist. She earned her dietetics degree from Oregon State University in 2014 and completed her internship there in 2015. Prior to attending Oregon State, Lisa completed a degree in exercise science at Western Oregon University where she played 4 years of NCAA Division II volleyball. Since earning her dietetics degree Lisa has worked primarily as an outpatient dietitian in the clinical setting. As a dietitian Lisa prides herself on really listening to, and getting to know, the individual she is working with in order to understand each person’s unique challenges and goals as they work towards better health. Lisa lives with her husband and their 4 kids in Fuquay-Varina. She enjoys coaching and playing volleyball. Lisa also enjoys eating delicious food, exploring new places, singing and dancing to her favorite songs, organizing things, and spending time outdoors hiking and being active with her family!
