HOW TO PURCHASE
- Click the “Member & Service Member” button
- Login with your username and password. If you haven’t used the portal yet, you will need to click “REGISTER” as a new member. Remember this is new software!
- Obtain your agreement number. If you’re not successful in the portal you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look it up for you!
- Click “CLASSES” and you should be able to access the Group Ex schedule in the software and reserve your spot in class.
- Please note that each individual in your famliy has to reserve a spot, so you may need additional agreement numbers for everyone in the family.
IF YOU ARE A NON-MEMBER OR CHILD OF A MEMBER NOT ON MEMBERSHIP
- Click the “Non-Member Registering for the 1st Time” button and register yourself or each individual child as a “service member” in order to purchase services such as programs or time in the Children’s Center.
- Once you are issued an agreement number for each person, click on teh “Member/Member Services” button and create a username and password for each individual in your family.
- Once logged in your can click on “SHOP” to purchase programs or “CLASSES” to schedule them.
