Monday: Legs & Shoulders 5:30am, 10:30am
Tuesday: TRX 5:30am, 9:30am, OCR 6:00pm
Wednesday: Cardio & Abs 5:30am, 9:30am
Thursday: OCR 5:30am, 9:30am, 6:00pm
Friday: Upper Body 5:30am, 10:30am
Saturday: Alternating (TBA) OCR 7-9:00am, 9-11:00am
