ClubWorx Sports Performance Program, helping athlete’s reach their athletic potential through top tier programming at a state-of-the-art facility. We are committed to providing athlete’s with the highest level of service through years of experience, scientifically proven programming, and current training methods.

PREMIER

This sports performance program is designed to meet the needs of a wide range of athletes while still addressing individual goals. Focusing on a broad spectrum of sport-related skills, individuals in this program will be able to learn and apply the fundamentals of athletic movement, which will further help them excel in their sport.  
Coaches will address aspects of speed, agility, strength, power, balance, stamina, and other attributes of athletic success.  All athletes, regardless of sport can benefit from the training in this program.  The training is scaled to any level of fitness and athletic ability. Training is progressive and periodized based on the athlete’s sport season.

The class meets each Monday - Friday at 4:00pm and runs for 1 hour.

FOOTBALL

The Football Program was designed with the intent of having like-minded athletes together to enhance their skills for the sport of football.  In this program, athletes will work to develop skills and attributes necessary for this sport.  There will be an emphasis on strength and power development, as well as speed, agility and testing when necessary.  
Altogether, this will be an extremely productive and positive environment for the young high school football player to develop the skills necessary to be successful on and off the field as well as prepare them for collegiate aspirations.
The class meets Monday - Friday at 4:00pm and runs for 1 hour during the months of November to June.

SELECT

This program is the junior version of our premier sports performance program.  It is geared for those athletes from ages 10-13 who are looking to develop skills that will enhance their ability to play for their school, club, or recreation league teams.  It is an introduction to basic athletic movements, skills and fitness necessary for the development of a healthy young athlete in any sport.
This class will meet Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 4:00pm and run for 1 hour.
