SUP YOGA: Amplify the already amazing benefits of yoga by practicing outdoors on the water! This class is a slow pace vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels. Common asanas included in SUP yoga practice are downward-facing dog, the cat-cow combination, child’s pose and corpse pose.

SUP FITNESS: A combination of cardio and strength training make this class awesome for the beginner and experienced paddler. Working out on water engages new muscles that you may not even know you had! Common exercises include plank variations, mountain climbers, push-up sand paddle twists.

ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR: Brandy Taylor has completed her RYT200 training, SUP Yoga and Fitness certification, teaches privately at ClubWorx and volunteers at Yoga in the Park Fuquay. In 2014 during a trip to Fort Lauderdale, Brandy discovered paddle boarding and fell in love. Learning that she could combine her love for the water and yoga was a no brainer!
