Focusing on breath work, relaxation techniques, pelvic floor exercises to postures, we will build on strength and endurance. Prenatal yoga is designed support a woman as her body changes through pregnancy with the use of props and modifications. This program gives moms to be a chance to focus on herself and bond with her growing bundle of joy.
Participants can bring props such as bolsters, blocks and pillows, or a towel and pillowcase if they need to borrow any.
