Update 6/30/20 - Pool Membership & More

If you would like to take advantage of the next round of pool membership for lap or recreational swimming, the information is now available online and available to purchase through your member portal on our web site.

PRICING:

  • Individual: $50
  • Couple: $65
  • Family: $80
  • Drop-In Rate: $10 individual, $15 couple, $20 family

When you purchase the 17 day membership you have the convenience of scheduling your time slot in either pool ahead of time via the member portal as far out as you wish. If you would rather pay a drop in rate, you must come to the pool and pay the day of granted their isn't a capacity limit.

Some things to know:

  • Lap Swimming is in the indoor pool in one hour increments. If you are swimming wtih a family member you may share a lane.
  • Recreational Swimming is in the outdoor pool in two hour increments so that our lifeguards can santize in between time blocks.
  • Locker rooms are still closed, but there is a family restroom on the outdoor pool deck for your use.
  • Face coverings must be worn indoors unless in the water, and outdoors unless you are at least 6 feet from your familial unit.
  • We must adhere to maximum capacity in both pools dictated by the NC Department of Health & Human Services. There can only be 18 swimmers in the indoor pool, and 48 in the outdoor pool.
  • There will be no use of pool noodles, water weights or shared floats,
    toys and balls.

How do I register:

  • Log into the ClubWorx member portal on our web site by going to www.clubworx.net and click on "Members Only" in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Click on the blue members login button and make an account if you don't already have one.
  • Once you are logged in, click on appointments on the top navigation bar and scroll down to classes.
  • Select your timeslot for lap swimming in our indoor pool or recreational swimimng in our outdoor pool. Click enroll now and add to cart.
  • It will default to the family pricing. If you are registering as an individual or couple, click pricing options and then remove. You will be prompted to select another pricing option. Click apply.
  • Then go to cart and pay for your 17 day pool membership.
  • You must reserve your timeslot each time you would like to come into swim.
  • You can only register for one timeslot per day.

Les Mills On Demand

Many of you noticed Les Mills On Demand expired today. We had many emails and messages into their corporate office to see if we could extend the FREE subscription to our members since we are still closed, but unfortunately, NC is a minority and they are now charging for the service again. We have however negotiated a discounted subscription for our membes if you still would like to take advantage of the classes. I'm waiting for the information and links to send out, but the cost is going to be around $9.99/month vs. the $15 they are charging normally. Stay tuned!

Update Your Email Address

If you are not receiving club update emails from the club, please make sure you're email is updated in your member portal or send an email to me directly at dburke@clubworx.net so that we can update our lists before we send correspondence. Many of you have changed your email two or three times since you signed up to be a member of the club! The portal is the best place to update all of your information so that you are in the know!

 

Check Your Browser Settings

I've received many emails stating you cannot find any information on our web site. THE HOMEPAGE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY UPDATED YAY!! Please make sure to go to your browser or smartphone settings and clear your cache. Many browsers hold onto old pages so that it loads faster on your device. Once this is cleared you should see the updated pages!

Update 6/27/20 - Club Update

It was once again a blow to hear that our Governor will not proceed with Phase 3 and allow gyms to reopen. At this point, the earliest that ClubWorx is allowed to function fully as a fitness center would be after July 17th if we move into Phase 3. We are just as eager to open the club, but ClubWorx will follow the Governor's mandate and respect our local law enforcement's jurisdiction. Because our club has so many facets, we need to make sure we are compliant and within guidelines in all areas. We cannot merely just open our doors.

Your health has always been our top priority. ClubWorx promises to open a safe and clean facility, allowing our members to continue exercising and relieve stress. During this shutdown, we implemented changes to support social distancing recommendations and amplified sanitation efforts.

We can however operate our indoor and outdoor pools during Phase 2. If you would like to opt into the next 17 day pool membership, you will be able to do so through our member portal at www.clubworx.net on July 1st. Due to the way our software is set up we cannot take purchases or reservations before this date, so that the members who purchased the last 5 week membership can finish their reservations through the end of June.

The cost of the new 17 day pool memberships will be as follows:

  • Single $50
  • Couple $65
  • Family $80
  • Drop In rates will remain the same at single $10, couple $15 & family $20.
We believe communication is key at a time like this. As we learn of pertinent information, we plan to share it regularly through these different avenues. In the meantime, please visit our updated web site for answers to many of your questions. Please remember the club is closed with no one answering the phone and the best means of communicating with us is through email at info@clubworxfv.net.

  • Email Blasts – If your email has changed since you joined the club, please make sure to update your details through the member portal on our website or email your updated email to info@clubworxfv.net.
  • Facebook Posts – We will post any updates on both the ClubWorx & ClubWorx Members Only Facebook pages.
  • Clubworx.net – You will notice a new look on our homepage where many of your questions can be answered. As always, you can see the most current updates on our Virus update page at www.clubworx.net/virus-update.
  • ClubWorx App – If you don’t have it, GET IT! We will send push notifications every time an update is posted with the link. This is your best place for class times, closures and club announcements as everything is in real time. Go to your app store for iOS or Android and download the ClubWorx App  by ClubWorx LLC.

It was so nice to see and workout with fellow shredders in person! Didn't get a chance to reigster last week? Space is still available. Challenge yourself with this all-inclusive, high intensity boot camp including strength, cardio, and mobility.  Shred off that body fat and burn over 1000 calories with this 60-minute high intensity workout. Push your limits using sleds, MB's, kettlebells, TRX, and more. Outdoor Yoga classes will be offered every Tuesday & Thursday for the remainder of June on the outdoor pool deck. Led by some of your favorite ClubWorx instructors, take this hour to reconnect with others and let everything else melt away. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time, strengthen your heart, soul and mind. Open to members & non-members.
OUTDOOR SPARTAN WORKSHOPS


Join Spartan SGX Coach Katina Gad every other Saturday for a two hour workshop outdoors. Train at our outdoor obstacle course and get ready for your next race or see what it's all about. Open to members & non-members. Let's get dirty & take advantage of working with a coach with over 20+ courses under her belt.

ClubWorx Family: Update on Pool Reservation System:

Last night we noticed the reservation system was calculating incorrectly when you added your 5 week membership to the cart for purchase. We have been on the phone with our software's programmers trying to aleviate the problem. The programmers are still working on a fix for the problem, so we have devised a system to get you to the pools in the meantime.

Please email dburke@clubworx.net with the following information if you would like to make a reservation today. Any reservations that have already been made are secure and still in the system.

  1. Member name on the account
  2. Day and time slot preferred (we will contact you if your slot has already been filled wtih an alternate time.​​
  3. Number of people in your party
We will take payment at the club for your 5 week membership or drop-in rate until the software company can resolve this issue. Credit cards only, NO CASH ACCEPTED.​

Update 5/22/20

We are really excited about seeing some of our members this coming weekend at our beautiful pool. Some members have already taken advantage of the 5 week pool membership and are already reserving spots to come enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools.

In addition to the cost-friendly 5 week pool membership option, we have also decided to offer drop-in rates for pool reservations. They are $10 for a single drop-in, $15 for a couple drop-in, and $20 for a family drop-in.  We still encourage you to reserve a time slot in the member portal. Our prepaid pool members will have preferred access to the reservations.  Those choosing to pay the drop in rate will be limited to same day reservations beginning at 8am. Drop-ins will be available without a reservation but will be turned away if if the pool is at capacity.

A few pointers to make your visit at the pool easier:

  • Make a reservation before coming into swim on the ClubWorx member portal at www.clubworx.net in the upper right corner.
  • Park in the rear parking lot outside the single door between the Indoor & Outdoor pools.
  • If there is a line, please physical distance yourself and family members on the markers provided along the sidewalk.
  • Before swimming you must enter the breezeway between the pools and check-in for your reservation with an attendant.
  • The attendant will perform a health screening.
  • No floats, noodles or toys of any kind are permitted per government mandate. If your child needs a floatation device, water wings are not accepted. Please bring coast guard approved puddle jumpers or a life vest.
  • Children that are not potty-trained must wear plastic pants in our pools. A limited supply will be available upon check-in at cost.
  • Cloth face covering are recommended while on the pool deck.
  • No food permitted along the pool perimeter. Please eat at tables and only use every other picnic table.
  • Family units are permitted to move chairs together, but must physical distance at least 6 feet from the next family or individual. This will be enforced.
  • This is an alcohol and smoke-free facility.
  • Locker rooms will not be available. There are three showers a family restroom at the Outdoor Pool. Please shower before entering the pool. Let sunscreen dry completely before entering the pool to keep the integrity and clarity of the water.
  • The lifeguards will clear the pool deck to disinfect high-touch areas at the end of each time slot. You will exit out of side gate at the Outdoor Pool and the double doors at the Indoor Pool.
  • The deep end will be closed in order to physical distance and have less chance of water rescues per American Red Cross recommendations.

Great news!!! Despsite not being able to open our fitness center as we hoped, ClubWorx will be opening its Indoor & Outdoor Pools to members beginning Saturday, May 23rd at 11:00am.

In order for us to extend this amenity to our members we have listed the pricing options below through June 30th:

    • Individual - $99
    • Couple - $130
    • Family - $160


Due to the club being closed for the past two months and not collecting dues, we must charge for this five week pool membership to cover the cost of payroll, pool chemicals and maintenance. Our hopes are that the Governor lifts the restrictions for clubs at the end of five weeks and we can go back to a full service club. We are here for our community and thank you for your support.

We have reviewed the Governor's executive orders for opening pools in Phase 2 and identified ways to reopen in a limited capacity as long as we follow these guidelines:

  • We must adhere to maximum capacity in both pools dictated by the NC Department of Health & Human Services.
  • We will enforce physical distancing between family units of 6 feet.
  • We will be monitoring for symptoms in our employees and members by conducting screenings & taking temperature checks upon entry.
  • It is recommended that members wear cloth face coverings when not in the pool.
  • ClubWorx will provide frequent and routine sanitation of all high touch areas at the conclusion of each time block.
  • There will be no use of pool noodles, water weights or shared floats, toys and balls.


If you would like to take advantage of the pools, you must:

  • Log into the ClubWorx member portal on our web site by going to www.clubworx.net and click on "Members Only" in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Click on the blue members login button and make an account if you don't already have one.
  • Once you are logged in, click on appointments on the top navigation bar and scroll down to classes.
  • Select your timeslot for lap swimming in our indoor pool or recreational swimimng in our outdoor pool. Click enroll now and add to cart.
  • It will default to the family pricing. If you are registering as an individual or couple, click pricing options and then remove. You will be prompted to select another pricing option. Click apply.
  • Then go to cart and pay for your five week pool membership.
  • You must reserve your timeslot each time you would like to come into swim.
  • You can only register for one timeslot per day.
These are the procedures in place to use the pools during Phase 2. There will be no use of the club including the locker rooms. There is a family bathroom at the outdoor pool. Thank you for your help keeping our pools safe. If you need any help please email info@clubworxfv.net.

Dear ClubWorx Members,

In case you missed Governor Cooper's press conference yesterday, the stay at home order will be lifted May 8th at 5pm. Cooper told reporters Phase One is expected to span over 2-3 weeks. Phase Two will begin once the four criteria to flatten the curve have been met. It has been reported that fitness centers are likely included in businesses to reopen in Phase Two.

Based on all the research we are doing about sanitation protocols in order to protect our members better, when we reopen we’ve decided to no longer provide:

Dear ClubWorx Members,

In case you missed Governor

Group Exercise is going LIVE!!!

Great news!!! ClubWorx is working hard for our members and will be going LIVE with Group Exercise classes starting Monday on Zoom! Classes will be held weekly Monday through Thursday at 9am & 6pm, and Friday & Saturday at 9am.

Send us a private message with the email address you would like the invite to register for classes to be sent. Download the Zoom app on your phone or computer in order to view the classes, find space in your home to do the workout and make sure you have plenty of water and a towel & be ready to go!

Update 4/14/20

ClubWorx and its Members Raise Funds for Local Food Pantry

Our ClubWorx Community pulled through again to help those affected by this pandemic by donating their dues and gift cards to those that need to feed their families or those who just lost their jobs. We’ve raised over $1300 for the Fuquay-Varina Emergency Food Pantry and have no plans on stopping there! AMAZING!! Our members are the best on the planet! They were able to help offset the cost of supplying families with hams and food for Easter with their families this past weekend. If you are looking for ways to help others in our community please let us know and we’ll help assure your funds are distributed appropriately while we are closed. The food pantry has seen a significant rise in the amount of people accepting these much needed donations at this time. With many losing their jobs during the pandemic, they’ve seen a 20% increase in the amount of food and personal items needed. Please let us know if you’re willing to help. They are still in desperate need of bars of soap if you have any you can spare. They also asked for donations of canned tuna and chicken or large bags of dry beans. Many of you had asked to purchase or rent our equipment while you’re working out from home. While we would love to do this, we do not have enough of all of our equipment to lend to every single member that asks. We also are using this time to sanitize all equipment and work on updating or adding new items as well as do a weight floor change before we return to the club when the doors open. We want to ensure that all of our equipment is in place & sanitized on time when it’s needed by our members. In the meantime, a lot of online retailers are giving great discounts if you purchase at home equipment. We Are Still Working for Our Members

With a skeleton staff we are still working hard to be armed and ready by the anticipated date to reopen. We all know this could change at any point by our Governor, but ClubWorx will be ready. What are we working on? Our management team is on daily webinars & conference calls with leaders within our industry to stay abreast of developments, see what other clubs are implementing and study the timeline from closure to reopening of clubs in other countries that have already gone through this process. We are planning to implement new processes when it comes to cleaning and sanitation in the club. Not only will we increase our cleaning efforts, we are working on a plan to let members help us in these efforts such as more sanitizing stations, “no touch” dispensers, and options for entrances & doors. When the club does reopen, we know it will be in a different world. We may be mandated to only allow so many members in at one time. We are discussing those scenarios and how we can accommodate as many members as possible while still adhering to any mandates as well as allow for the safety of our staff and members. For example, Group Exercise classes may be limited to a certain number of participants and members may be required to register for such classes. Or maybe we have to limit cardio deck use to every other machine to be within a safe distance from each other to only allowing a certain number of members on the weight floor at a time. Things definitely have shifted and changed, but with your patience and help we will get through this and ramp up to the be the powerhouse we have always been. We will come out stronger on the other side of this. We just may have to tweak or limit our hours and amount of programming we offer. We promise to work hard to be 100% as soon as we possibly can!

We are also working on solutions for those that feel they are not ready to come back to the club immediately. We plan to implement virtual options for both Group Exercise & Personal Training to members and non-members at a nominal fee once we reopen. Moving forward we see this also benefiting members that work long or odd hours that cannot normally come in for these classes or one on one sessions with a trainer because of their normal work schedule. If there is anything this pandemic has taught us, it’s that our members need options and we would love to deliver those to you all.

Before the closure back in March ClubWorx had brought on two excellent Dieticians that are ready to help you achieve your goals on the nutrition side! This is the perfect time to learn about their backgrounds and ask them any questions you have as you navigate through this quarantine with pantries full! They will have a presence on Facebook, but we are also working on devising a nutrition package that will help our members attain their goals outside of the club as well. Update 4/2/20

ClubWorx has had several member requests for us to continue drafting their dues while we are closed in order to pay our employees. We are overwhelmed with the generosity of our members. It exemplifies how much of a family we truly are here at ClubWorx. With over 100 employees, this gesture by some of our members unfortunately would not provide enough funds to pay everyone. Thankfully, we feel confident after doing extensive research that our employees who are unable to work during our closure are comparatively provided for by the provisions under the Relief Package. We are communicating and staying in close contact with our employees to help them through this process. We can’t wait to be able to reopen and have our full team of employees serving you once again within our doors!

We love this idea of helping others during this uncertain time. We were in the middle of a successful charity drive for the FV Emergency Food Pantry when we had to close. To continue this drive, we will be collecting funds from those that wish to contribute to help this worthy organization be a blessing to so many in our community during this time of need. At ClubWorx, our community's health is our top priority and we promise to continue to develop and deliver top notch home workouts to all of you via social media outlets and through our corporate partner Les Mills. Most of you already know that Les Mills as a company has comitted to giving everyone access to their Les Mills on Demand link that we have previously shared. This site only has approximately 80+ workouts for you to pick from to do at home. Being confined to our homes for approximately two weeks as to not spread any sickness, we know you may grow old of those same 80+ workouts.

GREAT NEWS!! Because we are a premier partner with Les Mills, we have worked with them to give you unrescricted access to the full line of Les Mills on Demand programs for the next two months absolutely FREE! This service would normally cost the member $14.99 a month to access their app. ClubWorx does not want that cost to fall on you during these times and have extended a membership for use of over 800+ classes across multiple formats through the ClubWorx portal. Here's how it works:

Update 3/23/20

Dear ClubWorx Members,

We had originally notified you that we were going to close temporarily until March 31st.  This closure date has been extended to April 30th because of government mandate. 

We know there will be many questions and we will work to answer them all. Thank you for being patient while we have gathered and processed all necessary information. First and foremost, please know we have chosen to NOT draft any dues while we remain closed.  

  • If you are billed monthly for membership dues, you will receive ½ a month credit for time lost in March when we re-open.  We will adjust the next billing accordingly.
  • If you have prepaid your membership dues, we will extend your expiration date by the amount of time we are closed, including March.
  • If you have paid for the children’s center or locker service, we will extend your expiration date by the amount of time we are closed, including March.
  • If you have paid for a personal training package, we will extend the expiration date on the sessions that were not used because of the closure.
  • If you have paid for Premium Group Training, you will receive credit for the sessions that were not used because of the closure.
  • If you have paid for Swim School or Swim Team, you will receive ½ a month credit for time lost in March when we re-open.  We will adjust the next billing accordingly.


Keep your workouts and eating well going strong!

Because of our partnership with Les Mills, they are offering the Les Mills On Demand app to our members at no charge.  This platform offers 95 free workouts across 8 categories. We promise it won’t automatically collect your data and it will remain available as long as the disruption from Covid-19 continues.

Update 3/18/2020

Never in 19 years of business, did we think something that started so far away and so out of our control, would force us to make this difficult decision. From day one, our mission has always been to provide a community within our doors to promote the better health of our members. Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, we feel we must now close our doors temporarily for the health of all. Based on recent advisements from Federal, State, and Local Government authorities, we will be closing at the end of the business day today, March 18th at 8:00pm. The length of this temporary closure will depend upon governmental guidance and our determination that it is safe for our members and staff to resume normal activity. Our target timeline is to remain closed through the end of March with hopes of opening April 1st.

Your health has always been our top priority. Our course of action over the last few weeks was based on the information and facts we had available from the CDC and local authorities. Our goal was to provide a safe and clean facility, allowing our members to continue exercising and relieve stress. Over time, we implemented changes to support social distancing recommendations and amplified sanitation efforts. However, despite these efforts, we believe temporarily closing the club is now necessary.

We believe communication is key at a time like this. As we learn of pertinent information, we plan to share it regularly through these different avenues:

  • Email Blasts – If your email has changed since you joined the club, please make sure to update your details through the member portal on our website.
  • Facebook Posts – We will post any updates on both the ClubWorx & ClubWorx Members Only Facebook pages.
  • Clubworx.net – You will notice a slide on our homepage with a button to click. This will send you to a page with the most current updates.
  • ClubWorx App – If you don’t have it, GET IT! We will send push notifications every time an update is posted with the link. This is your best place for class times, closures and club announcements as everything is in real time. Go to your app store for iOS or Android and download the ClubWorx App by Netpulse.These are unprecedented times with no definitive answers. Thank you to each and every member for being both patient and understanding as we navigate this difficult situation. Take advantage of this time to be with your families. Update 3/16/20

At ClubWorx, our community's health is our top priority. Recent developments have led us to make decisions to keep our members safe in the midst of the coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work through these changes together on a daily basis. We have made the following modifications to our club programs:

  • We have decided to suspend Group Exercise classes until the end of the month due to the close proximity of the participants, the use of equipment in the classes and being in an enclosed space. Updates on the virus are changing daily and we plan to assess our plan of action on a continual basis. We will re-evaluate classes moving forward in the upcoming weeks.
  • The Children's Center will also close for the remainder of the month. Even though children do not appear to be at a higher risk for the virus, they can act as carriers transmitting the virus to others.
  • Swim Team will be postponed until the end of the month. We will assess our plan of action on a continual basis. We will
    re-evaluate classes moving forward in the upcoming weeks. Although there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread through the use of pools and hot tubs, we feel this is the best decision based on teh number of participants on the swim team. Feel free to come in and swim on your own during open swim.
  • Swim School will be postponed until April due to the close proximity of children to instructors and each other in classes.
    Premium Small Group Training will run on a modified schedule which is available online. Further, Personal Training sessions will continue as scheduled with the exception of hands-on assisting during exercise.

What is ClubWorx doing to help?

  • We will continue to disinfect the studios and equipment daily. We have implemented a cleaning protocol to sanitize cardio deck & weight room floor equipment, plates, mats & machines. The cleaning will be done multiple times a day in between our peak hours.
  • We will schedule additional Virtual Classes in the Loft Cycling Studio as well as the Haven Yoga Studio. These schedules will be posted on our web site and app shortly.
  • The front desk will now ask you to hang your own keys as to keep contact to a minimum.
  • We will not be operating the saunas until further notice.
  • Please do not use a water fountain. Bring a bottle of water!

We know that staying fit and active is our best way to build a strong immune system and stay healthy. If you can’t make it to our club right now due to the virus, here is a free option to help keep you active and working out at home.

This platform offers 95 free workouts across 8 categories. All the workouts are in English but you should find it easy to follow the visual cues. We promise it won’t automatically collect your data and it will remain available as long as the disruption from Coronavirus continues.
This is offered through Les Mills to our members because of our partnership with them. Due to the level of demand, the web site seems to be moving slow. Please be patient as everyone tries to access these workouts. Do not hit subscribe, merely scroll down to the videos and pick which format you would like to try!

Feel free to access our studios & equipment to do these workouts here if you feel like coming into the club. Our focus is to keep our club open as a welcomed outlet while also taking precautionary steps to help ensure everyone's overall health.

SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 16TH

In this update we are sharing information and resources to keep our staff and members informed and safe in the midst of the coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak.

We’ve heard from many of you regarding coronavirus—raising concerns as well as sharing messages of positivity and encouragement in the face of uncertain times.

As leaders in our industry, we understand the essential role fitness plays in staying healthy, better than anyone. While all businesses must take extra precautions in times like these, our club continues to be a vital outlet for our community. So continue to help us keep the club clean, keep yourself informed, and practice good hygiene protocols.

We've made the following changes that will start Monday, March 16th:

  • We are pausing all Water Aerobics& Primetimers Classes (including Aqua Zumba, Water Walking, Aqua Yoga and Swim Conditioning) indefinitely until we feel the risk for our seniors is at bay and it is safe for them to resume activities in larger groups of people.
  • There will be no willPower&grace classes on Tuesday evenings.
  • There will be no use of saunasand will be turned off. Please do not use them so we may disinfect them while they are off and not being used.

What is ClubWorx doing to help limit the spread of the virus?

  • We will continue to heighten our cleaning efforts daily and provide ample wipes and disinfectant for use by our members. Please use sparingly so we do not run out. Please wipe down all equipment you are using during each visit.
  • We will continue to disinfect the studios and equipment between the AM & PM classes while the studios are not being used.
  • The front desk will now ask you to hang your own keys as to keep contact to a minimum.
  • The children's center will sign your kids in for you so multiple people will not have to use the pen.
  • There will be no snacks in the children's center or diaper changing. You will be called if your child needs to be changed.
  • Please do not use a water fountain. The children's center will not allow the children to use one, so please make sure they have a water cup with them.
  • The children's center will use paper passes that can be disposed of instead of the laminated passes.

CLUB DISINFECTING & SANITATION EFFORTS

ClubWorx Members,

We are aware of the growing concerns over the COVID-19 virus. The health & safety of our members is our highest priority. Over our 19 years we have seen many other virus concerns and flu seasons, and in response we have instituted thorough cleaning and disinfecting protocols.

As an evolving situation, we are monitoring it closely and will adapt & keep you informed. Here’s what we know and what we and you can do.

The Facts: From the North Carolina CDC and US CDC.

  • As of March 12th, there are no confirmed cases reported in Fuquay.
  • It is spread in similar ways to a cold or influenza (flu) through personal contact or touching surfaces holding the virus, then touching your eyes or nose, or by air through coughing and sneezing.
  • The virus cannot be spread through sweat or bodies of water.
  • Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure.
  • Most patients experience mild symptoms and can recuperate at home, but others, particularly those with underlying medical conditions, may experience more severe respiratory illness.

What ClubWorx is doing?

We’ve increased cleaning frequency of all equipment and hard surfaces, tables, counters, door handles & equipment.
We are already using approved sanitation stations - antibacterial wipes & hand sanitizer are available for our members’ use. Please be mindful and only use what is needed as there is a national shortage of supplies. We are continually monitoring these stations, but if you notice these wipes or sanitizers are low, please let the front desk know.

What Members should do? Recommendations from the NC CDC.

  • Stay home if you’re sick.
  • Cough or sneeze into a tissue and discard it, your arm/shoulder, or into your shirt.
  • Avoid touching your eyes and nose.
  • Wash your hands frequently, we recommend pre- & post-workout and after using the bathroom.
  • Wipe down all equipment before & after use, including control screens, handles, pads, pins, bars, dumbbells, weights, collars, mats, balls, bands, bags & chairs.

We as a club have intensified our efforts. We are following the CDC instructions for proper cleaning & disinfecting protocols.
