Weight Training for Women Only
Do you want to be able to workout with weights and not injure yourself? Do you want to walk out on to the weight room floor and not feel like everyone is staring at you because you are doing it wrong? Want to make the most out of your workout time and see results? Then this class is for you! For women 18+ and for all abilities, each week will build on the previous week and will also include time for lectures. Total Body Conditioning, 4 weeks , 4 workouts for YOUR body.
