Focus will be on Facts and Myths for female weight training as do’s and don’ts for good form when weight training and core exercises.  For ages 13 & up. 90 minutes. Cost: Member $15, Non-Members $20

Intro to Weight Training

Do you want to be able to workout with weights and not injure yourself? Do you want to walk out on to the weight room floor and not feel like everyone is staring at you because you are doing it wrong? Want to make the most out of your workout time and see results? Then this class is for you! For women 18+ and for all abilities, each week will build on the previous week and will also include time for lectures.

Learn How to 'Train Like a Girl'

Whether you are training for a sport or just like to work out - this class is for you!  Learn the facts & myths behind weight training for the female body, while learning how to plan your own program. Each week covers key training techniques and exercises that will make your time more efficient and your body stronger. There will be a lecture component with time for questions.
