Then this class is for you! For women 18+ and for all abilities, each week will build on the previous week and will also include time for lectures. Whether you are training for a sport or just like to work out - this class is for you!  Learn the facts & myths behind weight training for the female body, while learning how to plan your own program. Each week covers key training techniques and exercises that will make your time more efficient and your body stronger. There will be a lecture component with time for questions. Ideal class for young women wanting to learn more about proper weight training techniques and how to build their own programs. Ages 13 and older.
