The 85 Hour Yoga Foundations and RYT200 Training Program
The 85 Hour Yoga Foundations Program consists of four Modules: Yoga Basics, Yoga Life Force (Pranayama), Yoga Alignment, and Yoga Strength and Safety. The Yoga Foundations Program will prepare the instructor to teach a safe, well rounded class.
The Yoga Legacy RYT200 Training Program consists of 8 required core modules and 2 elective modules of study. Each module focuses on a specific subject or area of study and includes appropriate yoga poses. *When attending any 200+ Hour Yoga Teacher Training make sure the school is registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYS200. Recently Yoga Alliance sent out an email regarding this issue. Below is a sentence from the email as well as a link, so you will know the importance of making sure of the schools (and instructors) credentials. A lot of instructors and schools are not registered and, therefore, the training may not be comprehensive enough to qualify them. To find out if a school or instructor is registered, visit Yoga Alliance Find a Teacher page or Yoga Alliance Find a School page. Make sure you have the proper spelling, and remember some instructors may be registered under their maiden names (as we are). In July 2011, Yoga Alliance announced that we would no longer accept applications from graduates of non-registered schools, and that the change would take effect on August 31, 2011. The decision was posted on the YA+ Community home page as well as our Facebook page.
Discounts for the Full RYT200 are:

Save $600 if paid 45 days in advance of training start date - by midnight 1/8/19
