This four-week Prenatal Yoga Series focuses on poses that are appropriate for expectant mothers throughout their entire pregnancy. This series will place an emphasis on breathing, relaxation and gentle toning of muscles, all of which will help with pregnancy and labor/delivery. This gentle one hour class will be modified for each participants trimester. A doctor’s note is required to participate.
