OVERVIEW
The goal of our Evolve program is to train you with purpose, to push your limits, and to help you develop the best version of yourself. Our weekly schedule has been created to ensure a balance of strength, cardio, core, mobility, balance, etc… Each session is carefully designed to give you a great workout and to also help you meet and exceed your personal goals today and throughout your fitness journey. Evolve with us and let us help you tap into your greatest potential.

Director of Fitness

As the Director of Fitness here at ClubWorx,  my goal is to create the absolute best atmosphere possible to achieve our community’s fitness and wellness needs!  I graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Sports & Recreation Management with a concentration in Commercial Recreation management.  Over the past 20 years, I have held management positions in municipal parks and recreation,  Anheuser-Busch amusement parks,  and various fitness facilities. I started my coaching and personal training career in 2011 after discovering and competing in CrossFit.  In 2013 I opened a CrossFit gym that I owned and operated for 7 years, prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout the years, I have been fortunate to have learned from and trained with some of the world’s leading fitness professionals, having extensive experience in personal training, group fitness training, sports performance training, CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, endurance training, body building, functional gymnastics, and mobility.  I am hoping my experience will be of value to the ClubWorx community and look forward to working with you. Evolve Fitness Foundations

Learn the seven movement patterns in this week long program that you will be using throughout all the Evolve Performance programs. Coaches will help you master technique which helps reduce the risk of injury and improve the efficiency of your movements.

These sessions are designed to improve your strength, endurance, balance, and cognitive thinking. Your body and mind will be challenged as we work to help keep you moving, performing, and improving your strength & power goals.

evolve TRX®
This body-weight class is safe and effective for people at all levels of training. All exercises are designed to displace your center of gravity, thus activating your core musculature during every exercise while you are improving mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance, TRX® has it All!

Evolve Conditioning

You will be challenged during these sessions with bouts of high intensity training. Increase your metabolic demand and increase energy use to help make you’re body a more efficient fat burning machine. This metabolic conditioning program will help you increase stamina, endurance and core strength.

evolve senior strength & Senior TRX
These sessions are designed to improve your strength, endurance, balance, and cognitive thinking. Your body and mind will be challenged as we work to help keep you moving, performing, and improving your basic activities of daily living. This group is aimed toward ages 55 and older, or anyone who needs extra support starting their fitness journey.

EVOLVE BOOTCAMP

Our new Boot Camp is an opportunity for participants of all fitness levels to receive 1:1 personal training in a group setting. Experience multiple styles of exercise such as functional training, resistance training, HIIT or circuit style workouts at YOUR individual fitness level and have a great time while doing it! Ready to release your inner beast?! endurance, TRX® has it All!

Train with Spartan SGX Coach, Katina Gad, she has experience gained from racing 20+ obstacle course races over the last few years, and coaching athletes from beginner to elite level, Katina can help you prepare for your first or your best obstacle race yet. Improve your speed and challenge yourself to a new workout where your grip strength, muscular strength and endurance, and cardiovascular fitness will be put to the test. All fitness levels are welcome.

kyle bergman

Kyle is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC). Prior to his role with ClubWorx, Kyle spent 7 years with the Detroit Tigers as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Not only has he worked with some of MLB's top athlete he has worked with elite athletes in the NBA, NFL, NHL, and USL.

I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself and say how excited I am to be the new Director of Fitness here at ClubWorx!  I grew up in the Fuquay/Holly Springs area and attended elementary, middle, and high school here in Fuquay.  Believe It or not my family and I were some of the first members here at ClubWorx back in 2001!  I have always had a passion for wellness and fitness, starting with team sports as a child.  As years progressed, I realized the importance of nutrition, strength training, and conditioning as I strived to compete at high levels in athletics through high school and beyond.  I graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Sports & Recreation Management with a concentration in Commercial Recreation management.  Over the past 20 years I have held management positions in municipal parks and recreation,  Anheuser-Busch Amusement Parks,  and fitness facilities.
