These sessions are designed to improve your strength, endurance, balance, and cognitive thinking. Your body and mind will be challenged as we work to help keep you moving, performing, and improving your strength & power goals.

You will be challenged during these sessions with bouts of high intensity training. Increase your metabolic demand and increase energy use to help make you’re body a more efficient fat burning machine. This metabolic conditioning program will help you increase stamina, endurance and core strength.

Class Length: 45 minutes
Equipped is a 1-hour small group class designed to “Equip” members with the knowledge and confidence of how to utilize different exercise tools. Each class will be a full-body workout using a specific modality (i.e. kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, stability ball, etc.), and these modalities will change every workout. With so many different tools to choose from, you’ll never get bored working out with me. Come to Equipped and get prepared to succeed in leveling up your fitness AND YOUR FUN.

Class Length: 1 Hour
Circuit focuses on the 5 components of circuit training including cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and overall body composition. In this 30-minute small group class you will perform a variety of exercises using new and different equipment each session. All levels welcome and modifications will always be provided, this class meets individual and group needs. This is your workout, work as hard as you want or take the rest you need, circuit allows you to start at the level you’re at now. Come join the fun as you get fit, strong, and healthy!
