Family Fit: Work Out Together
Are you looking for an activity you can do along side of your child to introduce them to fitness? CrossFit Fuquay Varina is offering a Family Fit class for parents and children to participate in together. This 30-minute class will involve a warm up, full body work out, and cool down and will safely work on strength and functional fitness training. Kids will learn about body awareness and how to conduct exercises safely as they grow. We will hold the class 2 days per week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Keep your kids off the screen and couch, and build memories with you at the same time!
