My philosophy is that small lifestyle changes, when performed consistently, win the long game. My approach to nutrition involves guiding clients to master continuous improvement, which leads to significant outcomes.
Serving as a former U.S. Army Commissioned Officer, campus dietitian, clinical dietitian, adjunct professor, and nutrition coach provided me with the skills and abilities to help my clients develop an action-oriented mentality and practice behaviors that positively impact their health and support fitness objectives. Moreover, I provide nutritional information in an easily understandable format and suggest practical strategies that add to my client’s potential to make healthy choices second nature.
My clinical expertise includes sustainable weight loss through various diet frameworks, sports nutrition, binge eating disorders, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. My additional accreditations include Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), Lifestyle Eating and Performance (LEAP) therapist for food sensitivities and Mindful Eating facilitator.
