JAN 23: Fundamentals of Nutrition and Movement
Join Abby our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, RYT 200 Yoga Instructor and Kaitlin our Health Coach, NASM CPT as they discuss the pillars of good nutrition (hint it’s not just what you eat), bust down myths about good nutrition, and talk about the importance of movement and fitness.
