Hi ClubWorx members! My name is Mel and I will be your new Registered Dietitian. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania with my Master’s in nutrition science, became a board-certified RD, and got my licensure in the state of North Carolina. At the club I will be hosting nutrition focused events and workshops, working with you one-on-one, and answering any questions you might have. My favorite workout class I have taken so far is N10C, and I enjoy lifting, hiking, and playing tennis. Aside from fitness and nutrition, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and baking. My favorite snack is toast with peanut butter and chia seeds, I seriously eat it every day. I love what I do because proper nutrition, along with other self-care habits, has the power to transform your life and make you feel better than you ever have before. I cannot wait to share my abundance of nutrition knowledge and expertise with you all!

My name is John Chambers. I have been in fitness for over 10 years teaching many different styles of exercise, and have been Personal training for 2 years. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force, and served stateside and abroad for 8 years. I enjoy hiking, playing different sports such as golf, basketball, soccer, etc. I have a wonderful family that keeps me active, so they are my motivation to stay in shape.
