The New 56-Day
Wellness Journey Challenge

The focus of this program will be creating healthy habits and making positive behavioral changes. Some goals will be to promote increasing muscular strength, reducing body fat, understanding nutrition, decreasing stress, and making a commitment to improve your overall well-being.

It takes 28 days to create a new habit, and another 28 days to maintain it. Take a journey with us to create a better you.
