This 8-week program is designed to help tweens learn how to properly fuel their bodies, develop a positive body image, and understand the basics of strength training. Through engaging activities and supportive guidance, participants will be empowered to continue their healthy journey.

The first half hour will be a discussion of different topics related to nutrition and body image. The second half hour will be a workout.
