Heidi is a E-RYT200 yoga teacher at ClubWorx. She trained at Yoga Legacy, Raleigh, NC and teaches all styles of yoga from gentle to power. She enjoys making true connections with those that take her classes as well as helping our members feel better, be stronger, and enjoy better mobility so they can improve their overall wellness and lead long, happy lives.
