***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – When you submit a change in billing information through this portal the change is IMMEDIATE. ClubWorx bills membership dues on the 5th of every month through the billing company ABC Financial. Because dues are processed by a third party it is necessary to send them the billing file in advance. This means that there are restrictions on when billing changes would be able to be accepted for a particular month dues. Please make any billing changes 5 days prior to the draft on the 5th of the month.
