WERQ is a cardio dance fitness class based on trending pop, rock, and hip hop music. WERQ is a pre choreographed dance workout with new songs dropped weekly to make the playlist fun and challenging while introducing new routines. WERQ is a nonstop playlist that starts with a warm-up that will preview some of the moves you will see in class. It ends with a yoga inspired static stretch to complete the full body experience.

Michele Hunter, Instructor

Michele spent most of her teens/20s working, teaching and taking dance classes for students 3 to adult. She discovered Yoga and realized that through Yoga she could find the calm that comes in the storm of being a military wife. Michele completed her Yoga Teacher Training and is currently more than halfway through the 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Therapy Essentials. She has training in Yin, Restorative, Children’s, Detox, Hot, Water and Senior/ Chair Yoga. Michele uses her background as a dancer and training in Yoga to provide a relaxing but playful approach to teaching Yoga and spreading the joy you get from making that mind-body connection. She is also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified WERQ Dance Fitness Instructor.
