Wellness Challenge Nutrition Workshop

Developing Healthy Habits: Weight loss can be challenging but does not have to be! Join our Registered Dietitian, Abigail Frazee for a question and answer workshop designed to help you on your wellness journey, whether you are trying to lose weight or eat healthier. Weight loss is about more than what you eat! We will discuss the following ways to incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine:

  • Not skipping meals
  • Balanced meals and portion control (uses plate method)
  • Drinking water
  • Mindful eating and hunger scale
  • Meal planning (includes meal planning tips)
