In this 90-minute workshop you will relax in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain. Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as participants hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support the body. Restorative yoga allows for physical, emotional and mental relaxation.
Perfect for any age or level student, it is very gentle, and no experience is necessary, participants must be able to get up and down off the floor.

True Core vs Superficial core yoga workshop
Would you like to know what is true core and superficial core? And why doing crunches doesn’t really strengthen the core or “fix” back pain? In this workshop you will learn about the 3 main components that make up the true core, and the yoga poses that can strengthen them.
