Jill Eagan

First of all, I am so grateful to be part of this amazing team here at ClubWorx and for all of the wonderful friends I have made in my classes. My name is Jill, and I teach Restorative Yogalates. With a background of teaching music, movement, yoga, Pilates, reflexology, Les Mills Barre and Irish dance, I know the importance of having the body aligned, strong and healthy. The basis for my practice is proper form and technique. Since my injury, which most of you have journeyed with me, I spent months with my incredible Physical Therapist who went over every move I teach to make sure all movements were in proper alignment for best results. Even in the midst of difficulties, great things come out of it. I was very thankful for this time with my PT and all of the in-depth training that I was given. Our bodies do heal given proper training and time. My goal is to help you build a strong, flexible body that carries you through life with power and joy. You are wonderfully and intricately made, and therefore you deserve the best. Cheers to you for becoming your best in mind, body and spirit, and as we end every class – may the light in me see the light in you, namaste.
