I started taking exercise seriously after my husband suffered a nearly fatal heart attack in 2018. Praise God, he’s doing great but we made it our mission to get in shape. No more excuses. Fast forward, now I’m now teaching water aerobics. Who would’ve thought someone with exercise anxiety could be a fitness instructor! As a mom of three adult sons and grandma of 9, it’s important to model a healthy lifestyle to future generations. In my classes, we combine energy, balance, flexibility and FUN into each workout. I offer modifications to reach different fitness levels. My goal is to give you a full body workout and you leaving with a smile on your face when we’re done. If I’m not at the gym, I’m painting, doing a Bible study or cooking healthy stuff. Can’t wait to see you!
