These workshops will teach effective and proven techniques for self-defense with the fundamental skills to reduce your risk in dangerous situations, avoid becoming an easy victim, and protect yourself from an attacker. You will learn and practice new skills within a variety of common scenarios, such as empty streets and parking lots, crowds and parties, and if you are isolated with an attacker.
