Follow the steps to complete registration by creating a username and password. Or download the ClubWorx Trainer app in the app store. You may schedule up to two weeks ahead to the hour. We suggest making your weekly reservations on the portal, then using the app to handle your daily calendar. What to Bring to Class It is recommended that you bring a mat, water and towel to make sure you are equipped for success! All studios, weight floor and cardio mezzanine require proper athletic clothing and non-marking footwear. Please be on time to be respectful of the instructors and other members. Members will be asked to refrain from joining a class if they are more than 5-10 minutes and warm up is over. This is for your safety and to ensure a positive experience for all members. Please have your cell phones on do not disturb during class. If a spot becomes available, our software will alert all members by email. Those on the waitlist can then book on a first come first served basis. You simply search for the class in the calendar and reserve. Lap Swimming Etiquette & Time Limits Lap lanes can be reserved for swimming, exercise, or therapy in 30-minute increments. Each member has a maximum 1-hour time limit per day. Lanes must be reserved through the REGISTRATION PORTAL or APP in advance. Because the indoor pool is almost fully reserved, we urge members to cancel their lap lane reservations if need be, well in advance to open the reservation up to the waitlist if possible. Things to know before you go swimming Please make yourself familiar with the pool rules before coming into swim. How to Cancel a Class or Lap Lane You are required to cancel your reservation for class or lap lane if you are unable to attend your reserved time so we can release the class or lap lane to the waitlist. If you cancel in the REGISTRATION PORTAL, log into your account, click cancel on that specific class/lap lane. If you want to cancel in THE APP, open your calendar to the class/lap lane, then click on the three dots on the top right corner and click cancel class/lap lane booking. If you have missed the cancellation window (2 hours before class start time), you must call the desk at 919-567-3400 to have a member service specialist cancel the reservation for you. Cleaning Equipment For the safety of all our members, we urge you to be courteous and sanitize any equipment and return after each use. ClubWorx has placed sanitation stations throughout the club in convenient locations. Children’s Center – Hours, Cost & Age Limits? A reservation is required for each child in the Children’s Center. You can access the registration link on the Children’s Center page of our website or bookmark https://reservations.alariscloud.com/CWX/book/location on your desktop or cell phone. The first time you register your child you will need your ABC barcode. If you do not know it, please call, or stop by the front desk and they can get that for you. My name is Mel and I will be your new Registered Dietitian. I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania with my Master’s in nutrition science, became a board-certified RD, and got my licensure in the state of North Carolina. At the club I will be hosting nutrition focused events and workshops, working with you one-on-one, and answering any questions you might have. My favorite workout class I have taken so far is N10C, and I enjoy lifting, hiking, and playing tennis. Aside from fitness and nutrition, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and baking. My favorite snack is toast with peanut butter and chia seeds, I seriously eat it every day. I love what I do because proper nutrition, along with other self-care habits, has the power to transform your life and make you feel better than you ever have before.
