We are currently renovating our locker rooms to deliver a more luxury, spa-like experience for our members. While construction is underway, we made the intentional decision to keep ClubWorx open and fully functional. Instead of closing locker rooms completely, we installed temporary lockers and a full area for showers, bathrooms, and changing so you can continue your routine with minimal disruption.

Temporary Locker Rooms are Here!
Tour our clean, warm rest rooms, showers and change rooms. Don’t forget to bring towels, toiletries and non-slip shoes when you visit. Locker rooms will be closed Wednesday, December 10th to start renovations!
Exciting news, we have a date!
Below is some information about the locker room renovation starting next week. If you have any concerns, please direct your emails to Heidi at hmaya@clubworx.net and we will do our best to answer all of your questions. Please know this is a fluid situation and we are waiting on specific dates and information from our contractors. We will relay all information as we receive it. Thank you for your patience as we start this exciting project!
- Remove all items from your lockers by December 6th. Items left will be bagged up and kept for 30 days. Please inquire at the front desk.
- Flooring for the basketball court will be delivered sometime on Monday. Once it’s received the court will be closed for approximately 2 hours while it is installed. More information will be posted about what time.
- We anticipate the locker room renovation starting on Wednesday, December 10th. If this changes we will also communicate any changes via the ClubWorx app, on our website and on Facebook. Email notifications will be sent out with any major updates.
- Once work commences members will check in like normal at the front desk and walk through the basketball court to enter the indoor and outdoor pools.
- Please come dressed to swim underneath your clothes and bring:
- A towel to dry off
- Plastic bag for any wet items
- Water shoes or something to walk to the bathrooms
- Clothes to change into
- Your own toiletries
- Please note: The family bathroom on the outdoor pool deck with be for restroom use only. The shower will be disabled to allow everyone the opportunity to use the restroom.
- Once you have completed your workout in either pool, please dry off as much as possible and walk back through the basketball court to exit. There will be a long runner that will absorb small amounts of water, so we appreciate your efforts being as dry as possible when you leave the pool area.
- Feel free to bundle up and exit the building or you may use any number of the restrooms or showers to change your clothing.
- Each shower is equipped with:
- A sink and mirror
- Shelving to put your toiletries on
- Bench to put your clothes on
- Bathmat as you step out of the shower
- Please discard any trash in the receptacles outside of the showers
- Each restroom is equipped with:
- A toilet
- A sink and mirror
- Hand soap and paper towels
- Small shelf for toiletries
- Small trash receptacle
- Each unit is heated and cooled and has hot and cold water.
- There are no plugs in the units. There will be rechargeable blow dryers available at the front desk to check out.
- There is an ADA trailer with one ADA restrooms, one ADA shower and one family restroom/shower combo.
- There are 8 individual restrooms and 8 individual showers and are marked for convenience.
- They have built a ramp off the sidewalk and up to the trailers for anyone needing assistance.
As we learn what works and what doesn’t these guidelines may change. We will do our best to accommodate our members and their needs and our staff is here and ready to help you navigate.
Renovation Update Nov. 26th
We are blocking off a few spots tonight in preparation for the barricade fence delivery on Friday.
Barricade fencing will be set up Friday evening in the parking lot on the Children’s Center side and we expect restroom trailers to arrive December 1st.
If all goes well with hook-ups, Locker room renovations will begin soon after that. We will update once we have a solid date and more pertinent information.
Please remove any belongings in lockers (even day use). ClubWorx will cut locks of lockers by December 6th and items will be bagged and tagged with locker numbers. We will keep these bags for 30 days for pick up.
Locker rooms are open!
Plans for the locker room renovation are progressing, though we’ve run into a few typical construction delays. Locker rooms remain open until further notice, and we’ll share updates as soon as details are finalized.
First steps and answers to your questions
In anticipation of the renovation of our men’s and women’s locker rooms we need anyone that currently has a monthly locker rental to remove their belongings and lock no later than Friday, October 31st by the end of the day. If this does not happen the lock will be cut, and your belongings will be kept together for collection the following week.
PLEASE NOTE:
While the lockers are physically removed from the locker rooms we will not have anywhere for members to keep their belongings. Please bring your clothes and equipment in and out with you daily. We are working on a space to keep several lockers during this construction, and they will be daily use lockers. We will update about where they will be located when we have more information. They will be first come first served.
Anyone that has a monthly locker rental will have their draft put on hold. If you pay for Performance Plus membership, your dues upgrade add-on amount will be discounted during this time. If you paid in full for a year-long locker rental your expiration date will be extended.
HOW WILL WE GET TO THE POOL?
Currently, the plan is to enter the pools by walking along the side of the basketball court. ClubWorx is working to find absorbent material that will protect the basketball court floors from getting wet and then lay the locker room runners over the length so there are no slipping hazards. Please try to dry off as much as possible before leaving the pool area and wear nonslip shoes as you exit. We also plan to put more chairs from the outdoor pool deck indoors for use.

CAN I USE THE SAUNA DURING THE RENOVATION?
No, the entire locker room will be off limits to anyone except the construction crew. We cannot wait to see our shiny new saunas at the end of this project.
HOW LONG WILL THE RENOVATION TAKE?
Our target is 8-12 weeks for completion before the New Year rush! We all know there are factors that affect those timelines such as materials being in stock, delivery times, and contractors running into snags. We ask for your patience and understanding if it runs past these times.
WHAT WILL THE TRAILERS BE LIKE?
Next week three trailers are being delivered and put into a courtyard style. They will consist of:
- 8 individual and private toilet stalls, each with a toilet and sink/mirror combo
- 8 individual and private shower stalls, each with a shower and mirror/sink combo
- ADA Compliant Trailer will have 2 individual and private toilet stalls and 1 shower/toilet combo. This trailer will have ramps that lead up to the stalls.
- We will have 10 cordless hair dryers that are available to check out at the front desk.
These trailers are temperature controlled with heat and AC and have hot and cold water. They will operate during the entire length of our club hours and have lights on the exterior of the trailers during the evening hours.
WHAT IS BEING UPDATED IN THE LOCKER ROOMS?
Here are some of the highlights:
- Completely updated floors
- Tiled showers & fixtures

- New sinks & countertops
- Even a “dry vanity” so you are not fighting for space at the sinks and mirrors
- All new full size and half size lockers
- New wider & longer benches
- Bathing suit dryer in men’s & women’s locker rooms.
- Completely brand-new dry heat sauna in men’s & women’s locker rooms.

Exciting Renovations Beginning Soon at ClubWorx!
Dear Members,
Big things are happening at ClubWorx! We’re thrilled to share that our long-awaited renovation project is officially getting underway — beginning with upgrades to our locker rooms. This is the first step in a series of exciting improvements designed to enhance your overall experience and make ClubWorx an even better place to work out, relax, and connect.
Phase 1: Locker Room Renovations
Our renovation will begin soon. Possibly during the week of Nov 3, temporary shower and restroom trailers will be brought into the parking lot in preparation for closing the locker rooms.
Both the men’s and women’s locker rooms — including the saunas — will be temporarily closed once construction begins, but don’t worry — we’ve made arrangements to keep things as convenient as possible during this time.
Temporary Restroom & Shower Facilities
To help keep your routines running smoothly, we’re bringing in fully functional temporary restroom and shower trailers.
- These will be located on the Children’s Center side of the building, creating a convenient “courtyard” setup.
- The temporary units will feature individual private shower rooms and separate restroom stalls, providing comfort and privacy for all members.
- While there won’t be electrical outlets, these spaces will be clean, well-lit, and regularly maintained.
- Cordless hair dryers will also be available for those who need them after showering.
- Parking in this area will be slightly reduced, so we appreciate your patience and cooperation in following posted signage.
Access to Pools & Fitness Areas
Even while construction is underway, you’ll still have full access to both the indoor and outdoor pools. To make this possible, we’ll open a temporary access route through the basketball court. Please follow the signs and watch for construction activity in this area — especially during daytime hours when materials are being moved.
Construction Traffic & Safety
As our teams work hard to bring these improvements to life, you’ll notice increased activity around the basketball court and CrossFit areas. Please use extra caution, follow all detour signage, and give our crews plenty of space so they can safely and efficiently complete their work.
Looking Ahead
We know that construction can cause some temporary inconvenience, but we promise — it will be worth it. When the work is complete, you’ll enjoy completely renovated locker rooms, featuring brand-new saunas in both the men’s and women’s areas, updated finishes, and a modern, comfortable design that reflects the quality and experience you deserve at ClubWorx.
