RunWorx: 10-week comprehensive running & strength training program
RunWorx is a 10-week comprehensive running and strength training program that meets twice a week, with an additional community run day on Saturdays. This program balances endurance, speed, and strength to build overall fitness while also emphasizing community.
- Balanced Approach: Combining running with strength training ensures that you build both cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance, which helps improve running performance and reduce injury risk.
- Community Engagement: The Saturday community run fosters motivation, social connection, and accountability, which can keep you consistent and engaged.
- Flexibility: The program is adaptable for various fitness levels, with room for progression as you get stronger and fitter.
Each session will lead up to a local race that RunWorx will prepare you for:
1ST SESSION: FEB 3-APRIL 12
For race day of North Carolina Spring Classic - 5k, 8k, 16k
2ND SESSION: APRIL 14-JUNE 7
For race day of Run the Quay - 5k or 10k
3RD SESSION: SEPT 1-NOV
For race day of Holly Springs Half Marathon Half - 10k or 5k
3 SESSIONS: FEB 3-APR 12,
APR 14-JUN 7, SEP 1-NOV
Mon & Wed 6:00am-7:00am
Tue & Thu 6:30pm-7:30pm
Saturday Community Run - TBD
Members: $99 per month
Non-Members: $129 per month
