 
															RunWorx: 10-week comprehensive running & strength training program
									RunWorx is a comprehensive running and strength training program that meets twice a week, with an additional community run day on Saturdays. This program balances endurance, speed, and strength to build overall fitness while also emphasizing community. This session will lead up to the Willow Springs Turkey Trot race.

- Balanced Approach: Combining running with strength training ensures that you build both cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance, which helps improve running performance and reduce injury risk.
