Strength Series: Walking Economy

This would be focused on seniors. Since I started doing Seniors Thrive, I’ve been able to get closer to the members and talk with them about the walking economy, but I would like more older people to understand the importance of this and how it can be improved with exercise! Clearly, this would be an opportunity for them to join the program.
