Important Update on Cancellations and Refunds: We are committed to providing all participants with the best experience and access to our facilities and programs. However, we have noticed a trend of last-minute cancellations which not only impacts our operations but also limits availability for other participants who wish to participate.
ClubWorx policy on cancellations and refunds:
General Policy for Programs: Please note that refunds are not provided for any program cancellations as we incur lost income for spots that are not filled.
Swim School: You will need to fill out an addition form to set up an auto draft on the 1st of every month. If you would like to cancel your service for the following month, it is mandatory that you cancel by the 20th of the month prior in writing to asmith@clubworx.net. There are no refunds once enrolled in class. We do not offer makeup classes if you must miss for any reason. If a class is cancelled due to weather and we have built in extra days, over the 8 scheduled classes, we will not have a makeup class. We will do our best to make up the time if we fall below 8 classes by adding time to the end of classes. Acknowledge that there are no refunds and no make up practices for rain outs.
Lifeguard Training/Basketball & Summer Camp/Yoga Workshops: Due to the high demand for these classes and capacity limits, NO refunds will be given unless the spot you give up has been filled by a new participant. This is not guaranteed, but we will attempt to find a replacement or alternative session date.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we appreciate your cooperation in making cancellations as soon as possible. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and accessibility for all our members.
Please be aware that engaging in physical exercise can be strenuous and carries risks of injury, including serious injury or death. We highly recommend obtaining a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. By participating in any physical exercise or activity, using any club amenities, or attending any event sponsored by ClubWorx, either on or off premises, you are doing so at your own risk. Additionally, dietary changes can impact your energy levels, stamina, appetite, and mood, and may lead to complications. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician before making any dietary changes or using food supplements, weight reduction, and/or body building enhancement products.
By engaging in these activities and using these facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities and agree that you will not hold ClubWorx liable for any injuries, illnesses, or deaths. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property.
This release of liability covers all potential injuries that might occur from your use of our amenities and equipment, participation in activities, classes, programs, personal training, or instruction, equipment malfunctions, our dietary or exercise guidance, online or virtual training, and accidents such as slips or falls within the club premises or adjacent areas, including parking lots and sidewalks. This waiver also extends to any claims related to the presence or spread of bacteria, viruses, or infectious diseases.
Photos and video of your you/your child may occasionally be taken while participating in classes and activities. These images may be used in ClubWorx marketing materials or on social media outlets. By accepting these policies you are agreeing with these terms. If you do not want your child’s picture taken please let us know.
