Over the past 20 years, Theresa has led group fitness classes including Zumba, Body Pump, Cardio Kickboxing, Heavy Bag Boxing, Boot Camps, and many more. As a Certified Personal Trainer and a Master Trainer, Theresa spent years encouraging small groups along their fitness journey as well as certifying individuals to teach various group fitness formats. Theresa currently teaches Total Body Conditioning for all fitness levels every Tuesday night at 5:30.
