ClubWorx Sports Performance Program, helping athlete’s reach their athletic potential through top tier programming at a state-of-the-art facility. We are committed to providing athlete’s with the highest level of service through years of experience, scientifically proven programming, and current training methods.
This program is the junior version of our premier sports performance program. It is geared for those athletes from ages 10+ who are looking to develop skills that will enhance their ability to play for their school, club, or recreation league teams. It is an introduction to basic athletic movements, skills and fitness necessary for the development of a healthy young athlete in any sport.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00pm, 1 hour
